Editorial policy.
Trust is earned article by article. These are the standards IndieFounder aims to meet.
Purpose and originality
IndieFounder is maintained by Kirtesh, who is responsible for the publication's editorial decisions. We aim to publish original reporting, explanation, analysis, and practical guidance for founders and builders. Rephrasing existing articles, padding word counts, or publishing generic AI-generated text is not sufficient editorial value.
Research and sourcing
Factual claims should be checked against appropriate primary or otherwise reliable sources. Articles about products, policies, pricing, regulations, and technical capabilities should identify relevant time context. Link sources where they help readers verify claims. Do not present anecdotes or opinions as independently verified facts.
Useful, accurate writing
Articles should answer a clear reader question, explain important terms, show reasoning, and discuss limitations. Examples must be identified as hypothetical when they are not real case studies. We do not knowingly invent quotes, survey results, revenue, user numbers, or performance benchmarks.
Authorship and AI-assisted work
Articles identify Kirtesh as the author. AI tools may support research organization, editing, or drafting, but do not replace editorial responsibility. The author is responsible for checking claims, assessing originality, adding meaningful analysis, and reviewing the final article. We aim not to publish unreviewed automated output or mass-produced pages designed mainly to attract search traffic.
Commercial relationships
Sponsored content, affiliate links, and material conflicts should be clearly disclosed where relevant. Commercial relationships must not override editorial judgment, and paid placement should not be presented as an independent recommendation.
Updates, corrections, and contact
We review content when aware of material inaccuracies or meaningful changes. See our corrections policy. Readers can report errors by emailing indiefounder19@gmail.com or using the contact page.
These standards describe the process we aim to follow; they are not a claim that every article has undergone independent peer review.
