Estimated recurring revenue
Estimates use the assumptions entered above.
What do MRR and ARR mean?
Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is the normalized monthly value of active recurring subscriptions. In this simplified calculator, MRR equals active paying customers multiplied by average monthly revenue per customer.
Annual recurring revenue (ARR) is estimated as MRR × 12. It is a run-rate estimate, not a prediction of the revenue you will actually earn over the next year.
How is churned MRR estimated?
Churned MRR is estimated by multiplying current MRR by the monthly revenue churn percentage. Net new MRR is the new MRR you enter minus that estimated churn. This simplified model does not include expansion, downgrades, refunds, annual billing effects, or changes in customer mix.
